Our staff

Avenue House is staffed by a qualified and experienced care team led by our Manager, who is supported by a team of nurses and care staff who are on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We continually invest in training our staff to help them develop and gain NVQ qualifications in care. This helps us to continue to improve the care provided to all residents. As a result, we hold the Investors in People Award.
 
We are very proud of the long length of service of many of our staff, which helps us to provide a stable and caring environment for our residents. We also have specialist staff to provide an extensive and innovative activities programme to encourage residents to enjoy their stay to the full.
